The background noise didn't capture too well, but I tried...
Remember that migraine I said I had? Well, it's mostly gone, but not quite; and I just wanted to voice post because I wanted everybody to hear the BACKGROUND NOISE of the Cracker Barrel. [Children talking can be heard faintly in the background.] For those ... [A child yells.] Oh my! For those who aren't familiar with Cracker Barrel on my friends list, which probably means anybody living on the west coast and maybe in the south, and I don't know if they have Cracker Barrel in the Northeast, uh, it's basically like homestyle cookin'. [Much talking can be heard in the background, but the cell phone reception is a bit poor.] It's got a gift shop attached to it because the wait for the table is usually long. Ours wasn't, but it's now dinnertime so the wait's probably long. We have this nice little table out of the way, but the rest of the restaurant is very busy and very loud, and the acoustics are horrible. It's not really the place to go if you have a migraine, but it's where I am! [More talking can be heard.
My food was WONDERFUL! I had beef stew, and corn bread MUFFINS, and ... um ... I had corn and pinto beans on the side. And I'm about to indulge in a brownie hot fudge sundae for dessert, and I ordered breakfast to take home and eat tomorrow, and I drank too much coffee--well, only two cups.
Um, Alexis, wanna say anything? [No.] No, she doesn't wanna say anything. She doesn't even want to report on the food she got. [giggles] That doesn't mean she hated it--she actually liked it.
So... I just wanted everybody to get a taste of--well, you can't really get a taste of what I'm doing, but you can get a listen to what I'm doing. So I'm now signing off from the loudness of the Cracker Barrel.
