a general update

I am happy to report on the end of the week... Everything is good!

Scanning is going nicely for my history project. The last book I need is on hold at the library and I'll pick it up on Monday. What all of this means is that I can take a scanning break and actually work this evening and Sunday afternoon. Tomorrow I'm doing laundry, other house stuff, and socializing. I need it. I have been a scanning freak all week, and it's time to move on to other things...

I got my Trinity paper back. My grade is rising. Apparently something went amiss with my footnotes. I don't know what it is. It likely has to do with Word settings... (Have I mentioned my love/hate relationship with Word?) I'll sort it out at some point. Now is not the time... Maybe I'll play with it all over the break between semesters, when I have time... Then again, I do have a big history paper due, and I am supposed to use footnotes. (Ack!)

Health stuff is sort of ok. I'm teetering on the edge of another infection. We'll see whether it goes away on its own. So far it's not bad enough to interfere with my daily functioning most of the time; but I notice that I am sleeping a lot today. I may just be catching up after spending three full days and half of yesterday on campus. It's been quite a busy week!

Not much else to report on just yet... Hopefully I'll have something more substantial soon. Next week could get interesting. I have a bunch of miscellaneous meetings and appointments to juggle on top of class as well as reading to do for the history paper and classes. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed.

  • I do still exist

For those who are still reading (and I do see that a few are still here), I am posting a very, very short summary, like one of those very short…

  • Tired of tests yet?

Just testing another ap. I think I don't like it, but it does update both blogger and Lj and seems less clunky than the other LJ app. So far the best…

  • testing

I am testing the IPhone app to see how accessible it is. Supposedly you can do a cut but I think I have to get skilled at selecting a lot of text.…
